How do I get the Json option to appear in the ‘Body’ tab in Postman

I am new to Postman… very new just trying it out. I would like to use Json. I see in a tutorial I started following that Json is an option in the ‘Body’ tab however, it is not showing in the free version I am using. Any ideas on how I can get it working? I really don’t want to pay for it unless I think it will work for me.

Is that an image from the tutorial or from what you have in front of you?
