I cannot find how to export collections with the latest version
I can find it with the older version of 7.29.1
Can anybody help me to export collections with the latest version as I would no like to reinstall the older version?

Welcome to the community!
The “export” option has moved over to “Collection” page.
You should be able to find it after (1) selecting (clicking) on the collection and then once the collection is open find and click on the (2) “...” context menu and select (3) Export as shown in the screenshot below:

I could find how to export the collections.
The Export option is back in the Collection’s context menu! 
You can access this by clicking on the ... next to the Collection or by right-clicking on the collection name.

I’m glad I found this article on the community! Are there plans to update the official documentation to reflect these steps? I started off by looking at the documentation page and it appears to be based on the older version. The navigation can be dramatically different in the new UI vs. the old and not having updated documentation makes it a lot less helpful.
I am not able to see the export collection, neither on the collections page nor on the collection dropdown
