Environment variables problems

hi,
we have 2 problems with our environnement variables :

  • all variable are gone except one name token (screenshot : recbb.png)
  • variables are present but all initial values are gone (screenshot :

What can we do to get them back ?

Did those disappear after copying? Do you have script in any request to clean the environment variables? It would be great to see the steps you had before this happened and check if it is reproduceable.

There is no script to clean environnement variables and we don’t see anything in the history tab that could have done something ! What do you mean “after copying” ?

Just happened to me today.

  • randomly deleted few environments variable from all 3 of the total environments.
  • total number of variables each environment is maximum 10 to 15, no more than that.
  • duplicate few of them in each environment
  • it seems like it also had some variables values added from back in time, like a couple of months ago
