Could you please share some steps for me to reproduce this same behaviour on my end? That would assist us in looking into this issue.
The issue comes to me today too.
I open multiple taps and execute it weeks before, didn’t save it and just close the app. today I reopen and execute some other calls, and then I figured the taps not saved and wanna to save it one by one, some of them showing conflict and cannot save, even though I failed to locate what is conflicting

One of the best ways that this could and can be avoided is by enabling the Autosave feature from the Settings menu.
