Collection viewer quota and guests

I’m a technical writer setting up our API docs on Postman. I’ll be the only one needing to edit them; we’ll publish them and then have the published link (i.e. the documenter URL) posted on our help center. The published link will be the only way the customer will be accessing the API docs.

My question: Are customers accessing the documentation via the published link counted against the “Collection Viewer” quota for the Basic and Professional plans?

Welcome to the Postman Community! :postman:

When documentation is published, it is available to the Public for consumption, so it’s publicly available. The Collection Viewer/Guest quota doesn’t get counted if they are accessing this documentation.
