Collection Runner Run Results does not resolve the variable values with the actual values that was used to make the call. Also the response body is not visible.

I have the same problem. Today I tried to use Collection Runner with requests and CSV data file that I used many, many times before and I am getting the behaviour described by OP. Instead of expected value, the variable name with {{}} is getting passed to the request URL. It seems that this started to occur after upgrading to version 7.16.1

Yes, the issue started appearing after upgrading to 7.16.1

There might be the issue when they are reading from the http client url backend side that time they don’t replace that variable in the backend side whatever they are using in the naming variable of random user so that parameterized varible when we are setting that is not getting . This is issue in latest update version of postman in collection runner.
