Can not create a new request or a collection

I am unable to create a new request or a collection. Also, I am unable to duplicate existing requests. I am getting this error “Something went wrong while creating the request.” Any help?

This was a small performance degradation on the platform that impacted Collections, this should be resolved now.

Are you still seeing an issue?
