BusinessObjects logon issue

Hello,

I am testing postman with BusinessObjects 4.2 functionality. I was able to send a GET request for logon parameters but when I copy and try to enter my Username, password and authentication type in POST request in Postman doesn’t allow me to edit the RAW section with those details, it returns this message “Cannot edit in read-only editor”. Is this due to the type of editor (free) that I am not able to make or test Postman? Please let me know.

Hi Khawer,

Would it be possible for you to upload a screenshot of where you see this error? I’ve not seen it before, but the internet seems to suggest it is a VS Code error (some possible suggestions for fixes can be found there).

It’s definitely* not a limitation from Postman, and if indeed it is a VS Code issue then hopefully the above link may give some help to solve the problem.

Thank you Neil, I figured it out. I was trying to edit in the wrong section. I was able to login with no issues.
