APIs not working when host is set?

Since mobile apps uses certain host rather than the domain itself, I had to set host to some random IP Address… If not set everything works fine but when host is set is return 404 NOT FOUND…

I have checked the certificate issuer details its all similar to some of working site that I have in my server when host is set… Help me out

I don’t think you are going to get many responses, without adding more details (like screenshots).
