When opening postman, it disconnects me from wifi network

I have really weird issue on my windows 10 laptop.
When I open postman, it disconnects my wifi from network ( or it resets network adapter?), then network connects again but there is no internet.
When I close postman, everything goes back to normal.

I’ve tried reinstalling postman, even cleaning registry from postman entries etc.
