Use postman to send & receive data in unity3d

i want to Use postman to send & receive data (to mysql) in unity3d but its first time i used postman for this .
please help me with a simple project.

Can you elaborate on the data you want to send / receive? Is the mysql separate from unity3d? Does it have an API exposing it? How does unity3d fit in?
