"Unable to load data" - workspaces, history,

My question: I cannot get passed the " Unable to load data" message when i try to load workspaces in the MacOs desktop client. On the web I do get a workspace and a history (but with no recent entries)

I’ve already tried: something like this seems to be commonplace but I have tried the stuff here https://support.postman.com/hc/en-us/articles/4412971069847-Unable-to-load-data-as-you-re-offline -in particular I tried on a separate network

I have the same issue and prevents me from using any requests locally. I guess I’ll be finding another client. This is horrible.
