I’ve known this trick for a while and finally managed to do a short level up video for it too 
It really is a saviour for cluttered workspaces (like mine).

This is the most underrated feature, it just simplifies the flow of building/managing multiple API collections.
In addition to the Star feature, Environment variables and Test feature are cherries on the cake where you can avoid redundancy of using endpoints, username, token, and test allows to write small snippets to automate the API testing lifecycle.
