Request opening in collection's tree is broken while searching or double-clicking

Postman v12.0.5 (Windows 10 x64): Broken logic for request opening in the collection explorer while searching and clicking on the particular request

Case #1: Search the request, tree is opened - ok, click on needed request and clear the search field. As result, collection’s tree becomes collapsed, it is really difficult to know the request belongs to which folder/collection.

Case #2: Double click on request when collection’s tree is collapsed. In previous Postman version request becomes visible in the collection’s tree which was very convenient to know the request belongs to which folder/collection.

Hey @ixus :waving_hand:

As you are proving information about items in the UI, can you also share full app screenshots or videos for those.

It will allow us to see what you are seeing and help to investigate the problem quicker.

What screenshots do you really need?
Both cases were described in details, resulting screenshot for both cases is:
{Collapsed list of collections, tree is not expanded with appropriate requests opened}.png
(as it works in previous version of Postman which was convenient and user-friendly behavior).

Can you take a screenshot of that and share it, please.

I can’t see what you can see in your Postman instance, I could have a different structure to Collection, use a different filter term, use the global search and not the sidebar filter because you mentioned Search and a number of other things that I could do differently.

Windows 10 has a built in Snipping Tool for this:

Is what you’re seeing similar to this?
