Public Collections List on postman

Hi, I am trying to get a list of all public collection IDs available on Postman

running a GET request on
https://api.getpostman.com/collections
gets me a list of my collections which I have created

Is there any way to get a list of all available collections?

This isn’t possible via the Postman API or any other means.
