I tested and completed all the collections, and submitted for 30-day developer training badge access 2 weeks ago using the link https://go.pstmn.io/submit-badge. I still have not got any confirmation on further details. Providing my workspace details below:

The email for the badge would have come directly from the 3rd party provider called Badgr (Previously called Canvas). It would have asked you to create an account on that platform to see your badges.
I can see that you were awarded it on the 19th March:
