After the latest updates I had some problems like “can’t see workspaces” which eventually started working again. But I noticed that the “package library” disappeared from the scripts screen and now I can’t use the feature or see my custom scripts.
PS: the environment colors also disappeared.

I’m seeing both the Packages option and the environment colour in the same version. 
The error mentions the Pre-request script but you have the Post-response in the image, do you have a different statement in the Pre-request at the Collection level or in a request?
Are you able to select the Clear Cache and Reload option from the top level window menu - that might help here too.
The problem occurred due to installation or user permissions… removing the caches and opening the application as administrator resolved all issues.
