This feature was removed, you can see the following discussion for alternate ways to achieve the same result:

Postman Flow has no option button on the right toolbar

Hi @lwang We removed it in the latest update. The same can be achieved by using the preview button just below the webhook url or pasting JSON directly into an evaluate block depending on your use case. [Screenshot 2024-06-03 at 9.41.17 AM]
