MacOS Application will not open (not signed)

I’ve just downloaded the latest version of Postman for Mac (Apple Silicon 11.4.0)

The application will not launch without overriding security settings. Dialog says: “Postman” can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software.

I think this is because the application has not been notarized (Signed). But I see that older versions were. So I’m not confident this version is legit.

Is this normal?
