Getting HTTP Status 500 when doing a POST

Hi, I am new to this. I tried to do a POST using this “https://www.XXXXXXXXXXX.com/ms-csi/registrations/code/XXXX20/number/523?date=2020-08-03”, but I am getting the following message. What is problem? How can I resolve it?
