What logs do you have from your local server? Are there any clues in there that can help locate the issue?

Is this supposed to be https? Do you have anything running on the same port?

There is not a lot of information here that would allow people to help you. You need to expand on the details and share more about the context.

This isn’t a Postman specific issue, it’s more on the server side. It’s refusing the connection.
