Can Postman take the place of services such as Readme.io?

Hello! I know that Postman can generate API documentation, and it looks like it has support for additional documentation (see Writing your docs | Postman Learning Center).

I’m evaluating various documentation tools, such as Readme.IO and Document360. Is Postman a competitor to these solutions (in that you can essentially create a documentation portal using it) or is it mostly limited to generating API specifications?
