I see what you mean. However, I believe the page you were redirected to is indeed correct. That page allows you to manage all the public Postman elements of your team(not just API keys) and gives you a view that summarizes all of these public elements. The link you shared instead manages the API keys of just your own personal account.
A collection in a team workspace can have multiple editors and people with access, hence, sharing via API key redirects you to a page showing you what is publicly shared by your team.
