@paul83 try restarting Postman. Clicking ‘reconnect’ in my already open Postman did not work. I had to close and open it. ---

Yes, also tried restarting my pc. I’m not on some weird work-network that might block it either… I don’t have a paid account, but I don’t think that should matter, right? ---

Yes, absolutely, you don’t need a paid account. The only thing I can think of is once you sign in, it’s taking some time to get you online. Because when I logged in after restarting my desktop client, it still said “offline”, and went back to saying Welcome, after say 10 minutes. But then I got the other issue where I was not able to access my workspace. Hopefully, your issue also gets resolved today. 🤞 ---

Same problem. I have desktop client. We have paid acount. A similar problem happens every six months. It seems today there was some kind of update. The connection interface is not intuitive. Why should I waste my time and deal with all this? I need to do my job. Upd. Restarting the computer helped. Great. Thank you for my positive emotions. It is necessary to disable updates. ---

Having the same issue. I have a project to import - it wont import either. The version i am trying on is 8.10.0. It seems to work in an older version - tried on 7.36.5. ---

I had a same issue . Try to uninstall and reinstall postman . It solved my same issue ---

I’m also experiencing this problem in my company’s workspaces. Also noticed I’m blocked from signing out and back in as well. I’ve tried going off VPN, back on, cleared my history and started over, same problem every time. ---

If you are working with Postman installed on your system, you dont need workspace. Rather try navigating to : Setting → Scratch Pad on the Application. This is where you can work with your APIs and Collections as we did in earlier versions of Postman but will not be able to sync the collection online. I hope this will help! ---

I have the same issue. Error appears when I start Postman: “Unable to load data as you’re offline. Your data may not be up to date until you’re back online”. How can I load my workspace?
