Hi - probably a dumb question, but what’s the easiest way for team members to sync any new changes from the Team Workspace collections to their local workspaces? Is it by export/import? Not getting a clear answer from the Postman docs on this one.

I think it might be with a Fork actually? Just tried that out and it seems easy enough to pull changes from the master Team workspace.

Hi @security-astronomer 👋

Thanks for posting in community!

[Collections can be shared with team workspaces](https://learning.postman.com/docs/collaborating-in-postman/sharing/) - where you can choose view or edit access levels for each collaborator or the workspace as a whole.

Editors will be able to edit the collection and the changes made are automatically shared across the team.

When viewers make changes, they can choose how to reflect those changes - either by creating a fork as you mentioned or to save in a collection that they have editor access to.

Hope this helps! Let me know if you have further questions 🙂
