Sr. Solutions Consultant @ Adobe

As a member of the Technical Validation team within the pre-sales organization, we conduct engaging experiences for our customers and prospects during the sales process as they seek to evaluate how Adobe Experience Platform can accomplish their marketing needs. The Senior Solution Consultant will act as the specialist to recommend technical and strategic standard methodologies regarding functionality within Adobe Experience Platform and the Adobe Experience Cloud. In most cases these discussions will lead to actual demo development, customer workshops, or limited deployments of technology in a Proof of Concept and/or Hands-on Lab style workshop.

Responsibilities

  • As a Senior Solution Consultant you will utilize your strategic and technical data expertise to lead teams in the design and implementation of proof of concept use cases demonstrating Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Experience Cloud (e.g. Analytics, Audience Manager, Ad Cloud) in a fast-paced environment
  • Deliver inspirational engagements for customers showcasing key features and functionality of Adobe Experience Platform and Application Services
  • Partner with Adobe teams, customers, and prospects to define key objectives of a POC, align on solution design, scope, and timing to drive compelling solutions
  • Improve your deep solution experience to align our marketing solutions to the prospect’s functionality requirements and solution objectives
  • Configure use cases for a full end to end proof of concept to showcase technology and value

Requirements

  • Experience working with customer-centric datasets (i.e. Analytics, CRM, Call Center, Marketing, Offline, Point of Sale, Media, etc.)
  • 5+ years of Analytics experience (Adobe Analytics preferred)
  • 2+ years of SQL experience
  • 3+ years of Identity Management experience
  • Experience with Data Warehouse concepts & Reporting Technologies (i.e. Tableau, PowerBI), ETL tools (i.e. Informatica, Unifi, SnapLogic)
  • Experience working with APIs or an API testing framework such as Postman
  • Experience with Business Requirements definition and management, structured analysis, process design, use case documentation
  • Self-starter that demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to lead simultaneous projects for multiple customers
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science or related field

Special Consideration Skills

  • Experience & knowledge with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, especially Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, Ad Cloud (or other DSPs)
  • Strong oral, written and presentation skills. Experience with communicating to people at all levels in the organization and all geographies.
  • Showcase presentation skills to collaborate with Sales team & lead customers to a successful outcome
  • Knowledgeable in Digital Analytics or Digital Marketing
  • Experience in programming languages (e.g. Python, Java, R)
  • Experience in any of the following roles: Technical Sales Consultants, Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects
  • Project management experience
