How can I target nested objects from a JSON data file?

[Feature Request] - Nested json driving variables in the body section of a request

Version/App Information: 1. Postman Version: v4.9.3 Pro version 2. App (Chro…me app or Mac app): Windows client 3. OS details: Windows 10 Currently, I'm trying to data drive a fair amount of requests; for POST requests particularly in the body using json. Now, with a flat structure (no nesting) it works perfectly fine. However, if I'm calling multiple requests in a collection, from a json point of view, it is far cleaner to have it nested. Can we have a way of nesting the json file to data drive multiple requests in the body, pre-request and test sections? If there is a better way of doing this, please let me know too :) Eg. **Data driving json I would like to use instead of a flat non nested structure** createAppointment: [ { "subject": "Test subject", "body": "Test description" } ], getAppointment: [ { "subject": "Test subject" } ] **Body in Postman - current method that I know of** { "subject": "{{subject}}", "body": "{{body}}" } As you can see, the only way to do the body parameterisation I know of, is through setting global variables and removing them in the pre-request section which isn't ideal as it requires a lot more coding per request.
