# Having the error "Access forbidden due to missing roles" for all the APIs

_My question_:  
I have provided all the necessary permissions to the user still getting the error 403. Access forbidden due to missing roles.

_How I found the problem_: While triggering the api request from my collection I found this problem.

_I’ve already tried_: i tried to check the permissions using the keyclock, also verified the token from the [jwt.io](http://jwt.io).
