What: Happy Hour at Postman Galaxy
Why: We want to kick back and relax with you
Several members of the Postman team will lead us through some radiant recipes while we all chit chat and get to know each other after a long day of learning. If you’d like to follow along at home, we’re publishing the recipes in advance. Gather your ingredients and buckle up–my wordplay may get worse (I’m sorry!) but your day will get even better.
@sanjeev “I Brake for Asteroids” Sisodiya will kick us off with a Blastoff Blood Orange Bourbon Sour:
- 1 oz blood orange juice
- 2 1/4 oz bourbon
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 1 maraschino cherry
@material-geoscienti3 will continue the journey with a Blue Neptune:
- Squeeze half a lemon
- Squeeze half lime
- 1 shot light rum
- 2 shots pineapple juice
- Pony shot of blue curacao
- Simple syrup to taste
- Coconut cream (optional)
@bfujimoto will balance out the sweetness with a Nebula Negroni:
- 1.25 oz of gin (any gin will do)
- 1.25oz of Campari
- 1.25oz of Martini Rosso Vermouth
- Garnish orange twist
and we’ll come back home with a Saturn Sunset:
- 1 pt dark rum bacardi
- 2 parts pineapple
- 1 part orange
- 1 part sour mix
- Grenadine
- Meyers floater
