# Cannot get an API key unless I pay?

I have a free account, I’ve followed the docs to create a new API key but when I click “Get API Key” on the “Integrations” screen I’m taken to a page that says I don’t have permission to view the page and need to upgrade to Pro or Enterprise.  
The docs clearly say free users can get an API key so why am I being forced to purchase a Pro account?

That seems odd @kurt - Did you manage to get the API Key for your account in the end?
