# Auto-generated headers not getting added for requests

I’m helping a user who is a Guest of one of our Collections. None of the auto-generated headers are getting populated/calculated when she opens a request in the Collection.

Other guest users do not have this issue and the auto-generated headers are getting populated.

They are all using Windows and on the most recent version.

Any ideas on what I can try or look for? Thanks.

A Postman update after 11.57 has broke something for guest accounts. We downgraded to 11.57 and things started working again.

Is this a standalone issue for this user i.e other guest users do not expoerience the same on the same version of Postman?

I just verified this morning. Other guest accounts are experiencing the same issue on the most updated Postman versions. One guest account was working, then updated Postman, which broke her requests.
