API Member inactivity

I am Logan working for MetroTech. I am using the Postman application to connect to a API and get back the information to troubleshoot. The host of it is the ConnectWise Company. I tried to get information back but it says the member is inactive and cannot access the information from keys. I contacted the ConnectWise company and they said they are not a invent partner and are unaware of the processes of Postman. And contacted postman email and they didn’t know what to do either. Any help of what is happening and how to fix it?
